Minister of Education, Punjab, Rana Sikandar Hayat, announced the new school reopening schedule after the summer vacations.

All the government and private schools are allowed to reopen for 9th, 10th, A-level, O-level, and intermediate classes from August 18, 2025.

Grades one to 8th will be allowed to come to school from the 1st of September, 2025.

This decision is made after the meeting of the private school association and the education minister. Before this, the education minister announced the summer vacations till 31 August.
