Morning Preparation (Before Students Arrive)
- Unlock classroom and turn on lights
- Set up technology (projector, computer, smartboard)
- Write daily agenda/learning objectives on board

Assessment & Documentation
- Collect/review student work
- Take observational notes on student progress

Communication
- Respond to parent/guardian emails or messages
- Send home important notices or forms
- Update classroom communication platform (if applicable)
- Make parent contact calls if necessary
End of Day
- Assign and explain homework clearly
